Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, or P.O. Boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Order Status Updates

Order Confirmation: After receiving your initial confirmation email, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. During this time, your order is being prepared for shipment.

Shipping Confirmation: A second email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Status: You can track your order or view its status by logging into your account.

 

Shipping Orders

Any expected delivery dates are estimates. Orders may be delayed due to verification processes or the time the order was placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through BlueAir.com are made under a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you once the item is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery Address

Providing a complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order is prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for correction, and the package will be reshipped at an additional shipping fee. A daytime telephone number is required for all orders. Occasionally, packages may be returned to BlueAir as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package, please contact us to arrange for reshipment.

 

Important Information

Shipping Delays: BlueAir is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events, including delays related to the courier or customs clearance.

Risk and Loss: All items purchased are subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for the products transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

Claims Processing: We monitor reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items. These must be reported within 7 calendar days of the order being marked as delivered. For incorrect or damaged items, please provide photos for verification. BlueAir reserves the right to refuse reshipment or refunds in all circumstances. If a courtesy reshipment is issued, the reshipped order is not eligible for return or refund.

Duties & Taxes
Local taxes and import duties may apply in certain U.S. territories and are not included in the shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any applicable taxes or duties.
